What products do you sell?
We sell premium kitchen utensil sets including teak wood utensils, silicone utensil sets in mint green and black, and gold stainless steel measuring cups. All products are designed for everyday UK kitchens.
Are your products BPA-free and food safe?
Yes. All our silicone products are made from 100% food-grade, BPA-free silicone. Our teak wood utensils are completely natural with no chemical treatments or varnishes. All products are fully food safe.
Are the utensils safe for non-stick pans?
Yes. Both our wooden and silicone utensil sets are completely safe for non-stick, ceramic, and stainless steel cookware. They will never scratch or damage your pan surfaces.
How do I care for wooden utensils?
Hand wash only with warm soapy water and dry immediately. Once a month, apply a few drops of food-grade mineral oil or coconut oil to keep the wood nourished and prevent cracking. Never put wooden utensils in a dishwasher.
Are the silicone utensils heat resistant?
Yes. Our silicone utensils are heat resistant up to 220–230°C, making them safe for frying, sautéing, baking, and all stovetop cooking.
How long does delivery take?
Standard UK delivery takes 3–5 working days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes. We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders. There are no hidden delivery charges at checkout.
Can I return a product?
Yes. We offer a free 14-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a free return and full refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure PayPal payments. PayPal also allows you to pay with your debit or credit card through their secure checkout system.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
We are very sorry to hear this. Please email us at support@quickbookiq.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We will send a replacement or full refund immediately.
